Football Games

The big huge football game is coming up on February 3rd!  I'm really not into football, but I know many of the children are so I have created some fun games for them to play.  The last game is a FREEBIE!

The first two games use the same numbers and they are mental math addition.  Children mentally add 10 or 100 to a given number.  The first game features football players and footballs and the second game is cheerleaders and megaphones.  I made the games with different graphics to apply for boys and girls.  This may come in handy for those of you who are home schooling as well.  Click the pictures to head to the shop to check it out!

Next up is my FREEBIE Football Phonics Blast.  This game has a fun twist about it.  If you are a dedicated fan you know all about my Blast games!  Children read a CVC or CVCe word (magic e, silent e, sneaky e whatever you call it) and then turn over a football and receive that many points.  They can keep turning over footballs as much as they want.  Watch out if the player gets a 0 they lose all points including those from previous rounds!  I have tried it out with the student I am tutoring and he had a blast!  Your students are sure to beg you to let them play again and again.  Please leave kind feedback and rating if you decide to download.  You can also click on the Manic Monday at Classroom Freebies to discover more freebies!
