Cell Phone/Smart Phone Phonics and Multiplication Fun!

I thought I would fill my readers in who may not be following my store or facebook about my brand new set of products!  I am using the adorable Glitter Cell Phones from Glitter Meets Glue Designs.

The first product is geared toward K-2 and is called Cell Phone CVC and CVCe Center Activities.  Students text the CVC or CVCe word by looking up the letters and seeing what number matches the letter.  I also included recording sheets if you want your students to do a word sort and for ABC order!  Directions, common core standards, and answer keys are included.  It is also in black and white too!  Lots of fun!  Click the picture to check them out!

    1. That's okay if you would pick the Math one, but what in Phonics are you currently working on. It doesn't have to be one that I already have done!

    1. Chris,

Thank you so much for making my day. Good luck to you! I'm glad you love the materials I make and that it motivates the children. That's my goal. It's great to get that kind of feedback since I don't have my own class to try them out with!

  6. Not working on phonics, since I teach 5th grade; however, these would make a great gift for a new K-2 teacher.

    1. Melanie, the multiplication are available for 5th grade and from subbing I know many of them don't know their facts at that age. :( I also did a short term in 5th grade and their spelling words did go with a phonics pattern. At the end of the year when I had them it was higher level phonics so if you are doing -tion, -sion, or some kind of roots let me know be happy to make new phones! Brian

    1. Wow are your Kindergarten kids working on oo, ar, er, and ck or do you teach multi-grade? If they are then I am impressed as that's high level phonics. I will at some point get to r-controlled vowels for my phones too!

    1. Lisa,
Thank you for purchasing the cell phone set! Looks like the vowel pairs fits what you are doing too. I will be doing a diphthong one, which will include oo at some point. Thank you for entering and being a wonderful customer!
